My husband bought this baby for me in November 2005 as an early Christmas gift. I LOVE it. I have never had a state of the art matching. It is a Viking Husqvarna Platinum 950 E. He also bought be the 3-D Embroidery studio Professional. I need to take a college course in that baby - it can do so many wonderful things.
My spot for posting my favorite projects. I want to share with friends new and old in the hopes that we can inspire each other to keep creating.

My Work Space
This is my workspace. I took over our formal dining room so I could stay set up all the time. I even added doors to keep the room pet, dust and baby free. I love it. Next step: making curtains to keep everything out of view.

This was the first machine my new husband gave me in December 2004 (our first married Christmas). It is a White 1934D. I still haven't realized its potential, but I know it is great to have around for finishing things off.

Yes, you are right...it's so nice to have a serger when you need it. It gives a garment a professional look. Although I don't use mine as often as I use my sewing machine; but I want to learn garment construction, so I can work on some serger projects. Maybe we can learn together if you are interested to explore the mystery of serger. Happy Sewing!
